A few years back, my girlfriend and I biked to the top of the Marin Headlands overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. We hoped to take a photograph of the two of us, but it was close to impossible to focus the camera while holding it at arms length. To solve the problem, we simply took a photograph of our feet.
