Background Analysis: A guitar player by trade, the Razor's true passion is candlemaking. Growing up in New York City he became fascinated at an early age with wax. He actually attended Cornell University on a full scholarship to study the properties of wax candles at their advanced research laboratories. He soon discovered a connection between the atomic formula for candlewax and that of life itself, which he published in his now world famous work, "Like the Eye of the Newt: The Correlation between Candles and the Universe." This masterpiece in revolutionary thinking is now a standard textbook in most major universities. In 1994 the Razor was awarded the Henry Mavick Award for Human Advancement in Science. Much in demand as a college speaker and biochemical consultant, the Razor still find time to perform in Ugly Americans. He is currently at work on his next book that is tentatively titled, "Guitars Don't Kill People." The Razor's star sign is Aries, he enjoys nude sunbathing, and astrophysiological number crunching.
