An attorney, J. Andrew Walkup, with the law firm Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. representing Protus IP Solutions the largest junk fax blaster in the country, viciously attacks a law abiding 57 year old citizen for making a do-not-fax request. This attorney sent a letter threatening to have me arrested, incarcerated and held in irons until I give them information they can use to further their clients junk fax blasting agenda! Another attorney from the same law firm Mary Ann Wymore perjures herself in a declaration filed with the court. Another attorney with the law firm of Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Martin a R. Kyle Hawes files a motion to compel me to produce something I don't have based on the perjured declaration. In the mean time their junk fax blasting client blatantly ignores federal law and the do-not-fax request! I am placing this here so that I can provide the court with evidence that I have properly responded to a federal subpoena. Obviously, if arrested I will not be able to have this evidence with me when I face the court. This way I will be able to provide the court with evidence of this attorney's vicious attack.
