The 333rd District Court in Harris County Texas awards $24,000.00 for multiple illegal prerecorded calls which includes $12,000.00 from Ameriplan Corp. who unsuccessfully argued they were not liable for their agents illegal prerecorded calls - read the Final Judgment here.
