In a unanimous 18-0 vote, Steve Mikkelson, GM of the Woonsocket Sandcrabs, became the ASBL's third commissioner in its 9th season of existence. This is Steve's third season in the ASBL and is looking forward to the task of being commissioner. He replace James Riquelme, who was the commissioner last season, as well as the first 7 weeks of this season.
