The Utah Bears have a new GM. His name is Sam Guiliano and he's played Strat for 10 years. He replaces Jon Bortz, who the league hasn't heard anything from for around 3 months. Jon Bortz was in the league for 5 years.

The ASBL would like to welcome Sam to the league and hope he throughly enjoys himself.
