RECOMMENDED READING: THE JOKER
Batman's number one nemesis returns to Atomik Pop! in this all-new hardcover graphic novel by 100 Bullets writer Brian Azzarello and Hellblazer artist Lee Bermejo. Azzarello and Bermejo show an even darker and more disturbing side to the most dangerous man in Gotham as the Joker finds "his city" divided among mobsters and costumed villains. Not content to settle for a piece of the pie, The Joker vows to take back Gotham by any means necessary. Don't miss it!

JLA VERSUS THE AVENGERS TRADE PAPERBACK
Veteran Marvel writer Kurt Busiek and comics legend George Pérez's bring this once-in-a-lifetime crossover back to Atomik Pop! as a gorgeous trade paperback. Originally published several years ago as a 4-issue mini-series and later collected into an oversisized Absolute hardcover, this collection also features introductions by Marvel's Stan Lee and DC editor Julius Schwartz. This volume will make the perfect Christmas gift for any super-hero comics fan!

RECOMMENDED READING

THE LIFE AND TIMES OF SCROOGE McDUCK
Way back in Carl Barks' 1953 classic, "Back to the Klondike," Scrooge McDuck vowed to reform crooked saloon owner -- and possible love interest -- Glittering Goldie. He did it by forcing her to dig gold for him, "show[ing] her how hard the miners she robbed worked for their gold!" But what else happened while Scrooge and Goldie spent time on his gold claim? Find out in Don Rosa's biography of Uncle Scrooge and the companion volume, which reveals new details of Scrooge and Goldie's relationship. Highly recommended!

INFINITE CRISIS
The 7-issue miniseries event that rocked the entire DC Universe is now available in an amazing trade paperback collection! A critical moment has divided Earth's three greatest heroes: Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. It's the DCU's darkest day, and long-lost heroes from the past have returned to make things right in the universe...at any cost. Highly recommended for DC fans!

BONE
The first eight color edtions of Jeff Smith's BONE are now in stock. From Phoney Bone's scheme to fix "The Great Cow Race" by dressing up Smiley in a fake cow costume, to the Rat Creatures assault on the Valley, Bone is one of the best graphic novels ever published.

LOVELESS
100 BULLETS creator Brian Azzarello reunites with HELLBLAZER artist Marcelo Frusin to create an old fashioned, tough-as-nails monthly western comic that combines the action and atmosphere of a Sergio Leone movie with the provocative storytelling of DC's VERTIGO imprint. LOVELESS tells the tale of Wes Cutter, a wanted man running from a violent past, including the horrors of the Civil War, a brutal stint in a Union prison camp, and the savage fallout of Reconstruction.
