I have specialized
in all aspects of digital ASIC, analog CMOS,
mixed-signal and RFIC intellectual property
and can assist your attorney in patent related
projects including patent analysis and reviews
of patent applications.
I work as a technical expert under the direction
of legal counsel. I can also provide litigation
support and other technical expert services,
including prior-art searches.
I have been a technical expert for several
patent litigations where I have:
- analyzed technical patents for infringement,
and reviewed technical documents to elucidate
and explain operation of complex digital
ICs to legal staff;
- worked closely with attorneys to prepare
for patent application filing and infringement
litigation;
- succesfully invalidated a competitor's
patent using prior art found in the public
domain.
