BFUU (Berkeley Fellowship of Unitarian Universalists) -
CUUPS (Covenant of UU Pagans)

BFUU-CUUPS is a loose network of Pagan-minded folks at BFUU. We do not hold regular rituals of our own; we do however take part in leading the Sunday Morning worship at BFUU; we also go together to various Pagan events of interest, such as those held by the Fellowship of the Spiral Path which meet in our BFUU Fellowship Hall, and those held by the Mist Tree Moon Circle at the UU Church of Berkeley in Kensington.

Regular public rituals held at BFUU by the Fellowship of the Spiral Path:

The Mist Tree Moon Circle - A CUUPs Chapter
(Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans, BFUU/UUCB chapter)
Third Sundays of the month, 7:00 p.m.
Ritual celebrations of the seventh UU principle respecting the interdependent web and the sacred circle of life. This is an earth-centered and goddess-honoring exploration which was born in 1995 out of the UU curriculum, "Rise Up and Call Her Name: A Woman-Honoring Journey into Global Earth-Based Spiritualities." The circle provides a space and time for direct experience of the transcending mystery and wonder which moves us to a renewal of the spirit and openness to the forces which create and uphold life. These participatory services vary widely since leadership rotates. After an hour or so, we share optional pot-luck refreshments. In the Fireside Room unless an alternate site is posted on the glass front door. Generally a week or so before Samhain, we have a week end retreat at the Freestone dome near Occidental. For more information, call Lois at (510) 528-9310, Carole at (510) 528-9310 or PhoeBe ANNE at (510) 528-9428.
