Documentary Weddings

Coverage is documentary photography and includes the following:

Bride getting ready, ceremony, post-ceremony portrait session, and 3-4 hours reception coverage. There is no charge for going slightly over reception time. Photographer also requests a planning session with couple and attends rehearsal to consult with couple and officiant about ceremony coverage.


Digital Package: (minimum 250 proofs) $1975

- Couple will be provided with proof album with minimum 250 proofs
- Couple will be provided with two compact discs with digital proofs and license for personal use.
- Additional proof albums can be ordered ahead for $400
- Wedding website can be ordered for $200 (you provide webspace)
- Quicktime movie slide show can be ordered for $200
- Additional compact discs can be ordered prior to wedding for $25 each.

Advantages to going digital: With a license for personal use of images, couple can make as many reprints and enlargements as they want, post images on their personal website, email pictures to friends and relatives. Digital images make high quality enlargments up to 8x10 and reasonably good enlargements up to 11x14. Photographer can recommend quality labs in town. Digital files provide a great deal of flexibility.



Film package: (minimum 250 proofs) $2250

- Couple will be provided with proof album with minimum 250 proofs
- Couple will be provided with negatives in archival presentation, with license for personal use.
- Additional proof albums can be ordered in advance for $600

Advantages to choosing film: Many people are still more comfortable with film and if you don't have access to a computer, this may be the better choice for you. With a license for personal use of images, and negatives, couple can make as many reprints and enlargements as they want for themselves and friends. Photographer can recommend quality labs in town. 35mm negatives can be enlarged up to 20x30.



Both packages require 20% deposit to book and full payment 7 days before wedding date. Although license is granted for couple's personal use, photographer retains copyright Usage for editorial wedding announcements is permitted.
