             n         Manage numerous PC titles across many genres and oversee the remastering and electronic distribution of said titles.
 
           n         Track and prepare assets for timely delivery to ESD vendors in a timely manner.
        n         Ensuring proper coverage and bug finding strategies and reporting thoes findings to developers and product development.

n         Serve as a liaison between product development, developers and internal QA ensuring that all questions and comments are provided in a timely manner.  Continually coordinating activites between the developers ESD/Remastering and  product development.

n         Manage a specialized internal QA team that focuses on high priority remastering and ESD issues.


  n         Anticipate the needs of the ESD Group when it comes to the aquisition of equipment and software in a efficient manner, as needed by test
       teams and also keeping mindful of the demands of the project and deadlines.

n         Prioritize and delegate resources to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

n         Manage and organize the project database ensuring accurate and well-written bugs.

n         Conduct the bug regression process in an accurate and timely manner.

n         Create and implement a comprehensive test plan, putting forth practical test strategies that are utilized throughout the project test cycle.

n         Provide accurate status and interim reports via verbal and written communication to QA management, developers and production on a daily and weekly basis.

n         Write and give 90 day and yearend performance reviews.

n         Oversee projects including:Tonka on the Job (PC), Titan Quest: Immortal Throne (PC), Avatar [PC], Titan Quest (PC)

n         Performed various test cases to identify problems and bugs within the games.

n         Provided detailed reports of bugs to the Product Development team including suggestions to resolve the problems found within the games.
