Kya-Kya stands before you, all 5'6" of her covered in sleek tan fur. Being the breed of cat known as the Singapura (see http://www.users.muohio.edu/colline/organize/singapura2.jpg for a pic), her markings are distinctive and a darker brown around her face, contrasting her piercing green eyes. Her physique is well-built yet noticeably long of limb and slender, even her face is narrow, contrasted by a pair of wide, triangular ears. She looks as though she could be a dancer, and her surprisingly long, thin tail flicks behind her to some unheard rhythm. Being part air elemental, Kya-Kya is often caught sending playful breezes at someone, floating mid-air, or gliding through it as naturally as walking on the earth.
She is dressed simply, as is her nature, in skin-tight black leggings and an oversized hunter green sweater with a single, wide, white stripe going across the chest. Her feet are bare and her only adornments are a pair of thin golden hoops on each ear. Her unusually large eyes meet yours, slitted pupils watching curiously as she studies you for a moment, then winks, sharp ivory teeth flashing in a smile as she turns away. She carries an air of curiosity, mischeif, inner knowing, and perhaps even flirtatiousness about her. Well, what did you expect? She's a cat!

Background:	Not a great deal is known about Kya, although nearly everyone knows her face. Very social and affectionate, she spends most of her time with friends or her mate Myrrlin and their cubs, Aris and Myn. Known for having an impish streaks, it's not uncommon to also see her playing with a stray breeze to send at someone's face. Her mother, Saryna, was a high priestess of Ariana, the Wind Goddess, and thus Kya was blessed at birth with similar abilities. Her father Renkht was what may have been considering a gypsy in that area, and often took Kya and her sister from town to town, traveling and learning. Traveling the world on her own, she came to Cats Haven and wandered a while, soon staying for good after she met her first mate, IceScream. He mysteriously disappeared some time later, and while she's started over, it's still a subject you won't find her sharing much about.
