Immortal Characters

Definition of an immortal is this...someone who, for one of many reasons, can not die or age, or is someone that is extremely difficult to kill because of magical assistance.

There are two different types of immortals in the world of Haven. You have your basic immortal, who can not die or age, and your high powered immortal, who can not die, age, or be easily defeated under normal means, usually a high level mage, demigod, or a spirit of some kind.

Any one can have a normal immortal character, as long as they don't boast about being all powerful and twinking their status in a fight. Even an immortal can be wounded in a fight in some form or another. Many immortals can heal themselves quickly through an inborn ability which usually doesn't appear until after the char lives through a fatal wound or awakens after being killed the first time.

Just because you play an immortal, does not mean you are invincible. Immortals, unless they are under the direct protection of a god, can be killed. The only way to kill an immortal is by removing their head (ie. Highlander: The Series). To gain the power, strength, and skill, you need to survive several years and fights along with learning new magics and studying in general.
