Originally from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I have
worked as both an art director and graphic designer at some of Dallas'
finest advertising agencies and design shops.
Working with companies such as The Associates, American Diabetes Association,
Ford Consumer Finance, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Dallas Lighthouse for The
Blind and Churchs Chicken has allowed me to gain extensive advertising
and design experience.
Backed with a degree in visual communications (advertising) and marketing
from The University of North Texas, I have developed a creative style
for solving design and marketing problems - whether it be a simple
logo or a full-blown advertising campaign. From the conceptual stages
to final output, a simple mission statement is applied to every job:
"Always create great work (design) for great people (clients),
that will benefit all parties concerned. The creator, the client and
most importantly, the final customer must always be satisfied."
By applying this simple mission statement to each job task, I have
always succeeded in solving design challenges. Also, "When marketing
objectives are determined, concepts can then be developed for on-target
advertising and design solutions."
In addition to advertising and design, I also enjoy photography (traditional
& digital), running, biking, writing, and collecting PEZ dispensers.
