| I'm so pissed at SBC's DSL "service" right now I could scream. The problem arose primarily from their billing. Sometimes they don't bill me at all. Sometimes they bill $49.95. My favorite is when they double bill me for $99.90 | ||

| I requested copies of my bills for February, March and April, but they failed to provide me with those bills as of 8/15/02. According to the representative on the phone I was charged $99.90 on my February bill. There's that missing January charge. How nice of them to include BOTH charges on this month's bill! | ||
| In March I was billed correctly for $49.95. Looks like things are on track now. | ||
| Well, maybe not. April's DSL charge was curiously absent as well. The folks at SouthWestern Bell must be drinking on the job. | ||

June...ok I think I see the pattern here. I get billed whenever the folks at SBC aren't busy surfing for porn I guess. Once again there is no charge for DSL. Does that mean its free? I'm thinking "not"... | |

July. $49.95. Looks like at least one person over at SBC woke up and decided to do their job for a change. I am correctly billed for $49.95. Amazing. | |

I know I did. Where's that damn phone bill...What the hell is going on
with those idiots? Double billed again! Might I suggest a basic math
requirement for SBC employees? Is it really THAT difficult, people?
All that scribbling is me trying to figure out what the hell they're doing over there at SBC while yelling at the "customer service" representative on the phone. I was transferred FOUR times and spent over an HOUR on the phone with these fools! |

| Here's how you do your job SBC: once a month submit the charge of $49.95 to SouthWestern Bell to include on my phone bill. I got some song and dance about billing cycles and blah, blah, blah... Bullshit! You can clearly see on my bills that SouthWestern Bell bills me on the 3rd of every month. SBC's charges pretty much appear whenever the planets are aligned in some mysterious way, I guess. Pick a day and freaking bill me, OK? Don't give me this crap about billing cycles. | ||
