Today's route was just wonderful. Little bit of tailwind, lots of fun little hills, and decent temperatures. I reached nearly 35 miles an hour on the fixed-gear, which translates to over 155 rpm. I'm sure I looked like a circus midget on a tricycle.

This year's BAK was marked by the tremendous showing of the smaller towns that we visited. The lunch in Hunter, the party atmosphere in Chapman -- just a couple of examples of how welcomed we were.
It made for a great vacation.
