Day 6 - Hartford to Port Washington

The last day...how sad...but, it was a nice day to ride, being a little overcast in the morning.

Just out of Hartford, we caught a few hot-air balloons overhead:

In the town of West Bend, we were routed through the town's Saturday morning Farmer's Market.  A wonderful coffeshop, named St. Somewhere, served up a colassal cherry-chocolate-chip scone with a double mocha latte.  Good Bike Fuel.

The approach to Port Washington was made much easier and safer by spending a few miles on a nice bike path through town.

Altogether, a nice tour with great weather (compared to the 100+ temperatures lately here in south-central Kansas), interesting and supportive towns, and beautiful scenery.
