The Financial Secretary is at the administrative center of the Council. He is responsible for receiving all funds that come into the Council, recording their receipt and then passing the funds on to the Treasurer for deposit. The Financial Secretary initiates vouchers that are the authority allowing the Council to pay its bills.
He also maintains all records in regard to council members. He is the person you contact when you have a change of address, for example.
He sends out the dues billing in January of each year and records the receipt of all dues paid. He reports to the Grand Knight those who have not paid their dues.

The 2002 Dues Invoice has been sent to all members of record. If you did not receive yours, please contact the Financial Secretary. The dues are due and payable by January 1st. The amount is $25.00. Please contact the Financial Secretary if you have any questions about your dues, or if there is a financial hardship. |
| Annual Survey | Please complete and submit the Annual Fraternal Survey in which you report all the hours you volunteered in 2001 as a Knight of Columbus. |
| 365 Fund |
Each Knight in the State of Nevada is asked to save a penny a day. This money will be collected by each local council and forwarded to the State Council at the Annual Meeting. The money raised will be used to aid a brother Knight in need of financial assistance. You may include your $3.65 contribution with your annual dues payment. Additional information on the program, or how to apply for assistance, is available from the Grand Knight. |
