Grand Knight	Marv Cochran	The CEO; presides over business meetings; ex-officio member of all committees; appoints program directors and chairmen; oversees First Degree Exemplifications; countersigns all Council checks; member of the State Council.
Chaplain	Fr. Art Herkowski	A priest chosen by the Grand Knight and confirmed by the Bishop to be the Council's spiritual adviser; provides a monthly report to the Council on a religious matter of interest.
Deputy Grand Knight	Paul Matteoni	Second in command; presides in Grand Knight's absence; member of Council's Retention Committee; other duties as assigned by Grand Knight.
Chancellor	Thiery Barkley	Assists Grand Knight and Deputy Grand Knight; presides in the absence of both; responsible for maintaining members' interests in Council affairs.
Financial Secretary	Clyde Harshbarger	Appointed by the Supreme Knight to a three year term; two main areas of responsibility are financial records and membership records. Additional duties include sending out dues notices and receiving dues payments; ordering Council supplies; sending reports to the Supreme Council office; and reporting all membership and insurance transactions to the Supreme Office and State office.
Warden	Open	Supervises and maintains all Council property, except that belonging to the Financial Secretary; sets up the chamber for meetings and ceremonies; oversees the performance of the guards.
Advocate	Richard Penndorf	Parliamentarian; rules on matters concerning laws of the Order; chairs the by-laws revision committee.
Recorder	Steve Deisenroth	Keeps a record of all Council actions; maintains all Council correspondence.
Treasurer	Joe Saiz	Receives all money from the Financial Secretary and deposits same in appropriate bank account; provides the Grand Knight with a voucher for all deposits; drafts and signs all checks based upon vouchers received from the Financial Secretary and forwards signed checks to Grand Knight for countersignature.
Guards	Todd Galati and Greg Fields	Provides security at chamber doors; check for valid travel cards; admits visitors to chamber at appropriate times; performs other tasks as assigned by Warden.
Trustees	Tony Martin, Bob Hill and Mark Foxwell	Supervise the financial affairs of the Council; conduct the semiannual audits of Council financial affairs; oversee the work of the Treasurer and Financial Secretary; serve on the Council Retention Committee.
