About Me
I recieved my first heavy metal album on
Christmas Day 1984.
I was twelve years old. The album was Twisted Sister's "Stay Hungry."
I've been a metal fan ever since. I first found out about Accept in 1987
when I bought a various artists album with "Balls to the Wall" on it and
soon after they became my favorite band. I'm now the self-proclaimed biggest
Accept fan in America. I say that hoping bigger Accept fans will get in touch
with me to prove me wrong. I enjoy talking to other hard core fans. My biggest
moment as a fan was the first time I saw them in concert (10/21/93 Cincinnati),
a moment I thought would never happen. I went on to see them the next two
nights on that tour, and three more times in '96. There is a photo of Roseville,
MI 10/23/93 in "The Last Word"
section. The final show was also special in that I got to see them in
my home town (Columbus, OH) and after the show I very briefly spoke with
Peter and Wolf. In the picture above, I'm holding an "ACCEPT" liscense
plate which I had the band autograph at that show. Unfortunately, that
didn't come out too good in the photo; niether did my face! And that's a
hat on my head!! Below is my computer when we lived in Kansas. Taken July
15, 2000.
I was born in Columbus, Ohio
in 1972 and lived most of my life there. First used the internet in 96
and this site soon followed. In the summer of '97 I started working for
the company I'm with today and met my wife in an online chat room. We married
in Aug. 98 and moved to Kansas for 4 years. Our babies Lindsey and Jonathan
were born March 1, 01. The Terrible Two! In April '02 we moved here to Moberly,
MO. Things haven't worked out so well here, so we have our house on the
market and are planning to move back home to Columbus, the only home I've
ever known.
My top 2 most prized possesions (mentioned in the
Rare Items
subpage) are my autographed liscense plate and my Accept watch (3-19-03-
I sold the watch several months ago- HAHAHA!). My pig is a close 3rd!! I
dissected this pig my junior year of high school ('89-90) and the teacher
let me bring in a container to perserve it. It had been dead and perserved
for around 5 years before I even cut it, so you figure it has been dead
for over 15 years now. I came close to auctioning it off on ebay, but had
no way of getting it scanned or taking a picture of it at the time. That's
the last time I think I will contemplate selling it. It's mine... forever!
Just as a sidenote, I also dissected a cat in college. I wanted to keep
the cat too, but for some reason didn't get to it... I forget why.

Hopefully I get lucky and another
person who likes Star Trek: The Next Generation stumbles on this. I need
the following 20 shows out of the 178 to complete my collection. I will not
buy them, looking for someone to trade or tape them for me for free. I tape
stuff for free provided I am sent blank tapes and return postage money.
This goes for audio and video.
