I ordered Sailrite kit # 12004 for the Bolger Bobcat and it came with everything needed (except the sewing machine) to stitch up the sail. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. The panels were cut from 4oz dacron sail cloth, held together with double sided seam tape then sewn with two rows of zig zag stiches. I started with the kit from Sailrite and did the sewing myself. The sewing machine I used was not feeding the heavy sailcloth well, so it would jam quite often when the needle got pushed or pulled as fabric shifted.
