   Penney's Tractor Mowing is a family owned and operated business based out of Arlington, Texas. We began our business several years ago mowing and maintaining right-of-ways (pipe lines) for major oil and gas companies.  Although our main operations still focus on mowing, tree and refuse clearing, painting of markers, and the  installation of warning signs on interstate pipe lines, we have expanded. With our acquisition of more equipment to meet the needs of various contracts, we are now able to handle a wider degree of demands.

  Our crews mow and maintain several non-pipe line properties. Our non-pipeline clients now range from apartment complexes to university grounds to new home sites. We are fully geared to handle all your EPA (erosion control) needs including, but not limited to; street sweeping, silt fence, curl-x, inlet covers, tree transplanting (via tree spade), trenching, gravel/dirt moving and hay bails! We are certified by the North Texas Department of Governments.
