Player Character Roster

There are currently five PCs in the missionary group:

Bowdyn of Ressa: A pupil of one of Kaldor's greatest living architects, who recently became a master himslf, following a period of personal and professional doubt. Bowdyn is obsessed with the interplay of symbolism, space, and geometrical form. He seeks to build a temple of great magnificence in Coranan that will honor Ilvir as the great Father-Creator. [Played by Mark A.]

Jaroud the Hound-Master: A huntsman and skilled dog-breeder, formerly in the service of minor lord in western Kaldor. Onw day, he returned home to find his family slain, his cottage burned, and his hounds gone. His lord looked into the matter, but found nothing. ??? looked for the culprit(s) on his own, but uncovered only vague, contradictory hints. Brother Olrau came to him in a moment of distress and persuaded him that another path might help him find the answers he was seeking. He has been part of Olrau's group since that day. Judyn of Denach. A master merchant from western Kaldor who took over the family business after killing her father during a heated argument. She felt empty inside following this turn of events and made a pilgrimmage to Araka-Kalai, from which she returned with a new sense of spiritual clarity and purpose. She has since joined Brother Olrau's mission to spread the faith in Coranan. [Played by John K.]

Kalrun the Veteran: An longtime soldier and minor war hero in Kaldor's Chelmarch Army. After a particularly brutal battle against the Kath tribesmen, his feelings about his profession began to change. For a while, he beleived that human life is sacred and killing is a violation of Ilvir's grand plan. But is violent temper and stubborn streak too often him to violence. He dreams of starting a fighting order in Ilvir's honor that will use non-lethal means to protect the faithful— and which will punish those who enslave the Ivashu. [Played by Daniel E.]

Maban the Soothsayer: A half-mad soothsayer, reputed by many to be a witch, who was raised by an Ivashu. Another Ivashu, whom she alone can see and hear, follows her and gives her counsel. Maban has joined the mission because of her visions, yet quibbles constantly with Brother Olrau on matters of doctrine. [Played by David. J.]
