    Wherein the missionaries, accompained by the Nolah servant of the slain Elder Brood, return to Taztos; en route, they are ambushed by a small Tulwyn hunting party.

    Wherein the missionaries return to Coranan by different means, and a dangerous Ivashu is kept in Kuseme; also, two marriages are proposed, a Lia-Kavair boss is slain, and a mason renounces his faith.

  • Session 18: Dealing with the Lia-Kavair
    Wherein Judyn returns with the body of the slain Elder Brood and learns the events that have transpired in her absence; also, the missionaries bargain with a leading member of the Lia-Kavair and skirmish with its street-soldiers. Further, one of the mission's first two converts is slain.

  • Session 19: The Bloody Parade
    Wherein the missionaries parade the slain body of the Elder Brood around the City, along with the Nolah the befriended; in the course of their procession, they are attacked by hired killers— two of their number are struck down.

  • Session 20: Back from the Brink
    Wherein the mortally wouned body of one of the missionaries is made whole through the hand of Ilvir— to the awe of many, who convert upon seeing the miracle; also, another Ilviran is saved from death.
