Take natural vitamins not synthetic ones!


On the 19th April 2005 the English newspapers (Daily Express and Daily Mail) ran articles about the possible dangers of using excessive amounts of man-made synthetic vitamins.

The articles stated that there are conflicting views about whether large doses of man-made vitamins were healthy or not. There does appear to be some doubt about this among experts. Some of them think they could be harmful.

This may or may not be propaganda by the drug companies. Only time will tell.

However, there is no doubt about the best sources of vitamins and minerals. All experts agree that the best sources of vitamins and minerals come from naturally occurring foodstuffs not from man-made synthetic vitamins.

If you eat healthy, then supplements are not that necessary, unless you have a physical condition which requires it.  Just make sure your supplements come from natural food sources, and are not chemical compounds that are man-made.
