The Optima battery is great! What else can I say? Well it wasn't made for the Camaro, that's what. The battery tray in the Camaro is not long enough for the Optima (take it to go in one size) battery. Consequently the factory hold-down bracket does not work. My solution was to simply run a strap made from heavy duty plumber's tape from a pre-existing hole between the head lights, over the battery, and to the factory hold-down bolt. This secured the battery so it doesn't move around. Other than that, I like the battery. The going price is always $139.
