Well, I spent some time in Memphis! Had lunch with our daughter, then went by Office Max to look at some computer equipment. From there, I went by and picked up the tickets for a concert on Nov 23rd.

Also did some shopping at Sam's and Home Depot. At Sam's Club I found a digital camera like I have been wanting--one with a good zoom. I'm going to check to see if I can locate a good deal for one online.

Well, this is the second posting for today. This should make up for missing yesterday. Today has been fairly uneventful. I did get some errands done--taking care of the extra traveller checks that we had left over from our Europe trip, and getting a tire repaired. Tomorrow I plan to go to Memphis and do some shopping. At least, I will do some looking. We are planning a visit to relatives in Texas for the weekend.

Well, I forgot to post anything yesterday. It turned out that the severe weather was east of us. There were storms (including tornadoes) that killed 35 people.
We worked in the yard (or on front porch). Had supper with friends.

We had good attendance for our Sunday School class. This afternoon, Lynda and I went to a reception in honor of a friend on her 80th birthday. It is warm, 77 degrees, so we may end up with some more bad weather tonight.
