American Civil Liberties Union Commercial
I just saw an American Civil Liberties Union commercial on the tube. It was a good one and had a good point. The point of it was that looking at the Patriot Act is not a bad thing, The ad also claimed that its not unAmerican to look at the act and to question portions of it.I've always thought the ACLU was important and played an important part in our system, but I've grown pretty weary of their attacks on Christian symbolisms. Perhaps if the ACLU will start concentrating on real civil libertarian issues they might gain support thoughout the country.

I read something the other day about how ACLU doesn't want to check their new hires' backgrounds! With them going after anything Christian, standing up for almost anything Muslim or terror-related, and then not wanting background checks, I trust them even less.
It's kind of like PETA being 'based on a good idea', but the organization wacked out.
