This picture was taken in December when I went to Vegas with my dad and my grandma. Obviously I am on the phone since that was the only time that we stopped running from casino to casino. It was awesome.

I living in an apartment in the Arboretum area alone for the first time since 99. This will be my 4th apartment. I am so very tired of moving.
I have a dog, his name is Bailey 2. I got him from the pound August 12. He's a black lab. The pound thinks he might be a mix but my vet thinks he's full. Well he may well be mixed since he's horrible at retrieving and he's a labrador retriever. Horrible! Well he's 3. And beautiful. Very good house dog. He loves going to Barton Springs and playing in the water and going to Lake Travis and swimming.
My cat, Baby, is 7. Her birthday is April 27. She is really annoying but I know that if she wasn't around I would really miss her. I have just always had her, so I am used to her annoyances sometimes.

I pledged Alpha Phi Omega in the spring semester of 2001. If you are in APO, that would mean that I pledged Ludlow. I am on my 3rd active semester in it. The website for it if you are interested is http://www.utexas.edu/students/apo/. I have met a lot of great people through it. It keeps me around since the people are great, and the parties are fun and in between it all the service to society is very self-rewarding.
I also am in Xi Gamma Lambda, a multi-cultural sorority, that was established by 8 women on May 11, 1999. It is the first multi-cultural sorority at the University of Texas at Austin. I pledged last semester (Spring 2002- Zeta). The website is wonderful, it can be found at http://uts.cc.utexas.edu/~xgl. I am communications, which means that I take care of the listserv and setup mixers with other fraternities and sororities. And am on the social committee for the sorority also, setting up events like mixers and movie night and the sisterhood retreat.

I love to read. I will read anything except I usually don't like fantasy and science fiction. But there are exceptions to everything. I like to walk my dog, since he's a lab. He needs lots of exercise, we average 5 walks a day. I am a certified advanced scuba diver with search and rescue certification. I would be able to get my master diver certification, I just need to log 10 dives and I have yet to find a dive buddy. So if you are interested or you know someone, send them my way. I am a good diver and easy to get a long with.
