I HAVE MY BEING
Psalm
104: 33 states,
"I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live:
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being."
While I have my being, this one, gifted to me by the Lord;
I will sing of His goodness, which has blessed me beyond reward.
I will sing until my lungs can no longer support a note.
I will sing regardless of whether you deem me fit, by human vote.
I will sing the heavens down, allowing the glory of the Lord to become my
cloak.
I will sing of His power and how He has come down to, the enemy's privileges
revoke.
I will sing to you, whether you want to hear me or not, because it is for
Him, I sing.
I will sing because He has not only given me this life, but He is my
sovereign King.
I will sing until there are no more words left to flow through this
brain.
I will sing until, in your life, you surrender to the Lord and allow Him
free reign.
I will sing in a way that brings praise to His heart and blesses His very
soul.
I will sing in the free style of a heart touched by God, and under His
majestic control.
I will sing until you join me, with a heavenly chorus all of your own.
I will sing, with you then, because I will know in your heart, He is
enthroned.
I will sing until every member of my family has humbled their hearts to
my Savior.
I will sing of His righteous goodness, which can curb any foolhardy
behavior.
I will sing often and I will sing loud, until the Lord comes to take my
soul to heaven.
I will then lay aside this mantle, so that you can sing against partaking
of strange leaven.
I will sing until the very breath in this body has taken its leave.
I will sing in the spirit as I rise up heavenward, to His hem I will
cleave.
Yet, that time is not now, so while I have my being, I will sing of His
praise.
I will sing for all He has done for me, and out of gratitude and love,
this voice I raise.
