The Houston Festival was a great experience. The festival provided one
of the most thorough and comprehensive programs available for classical
guitarists of all levels. Each day, the student is completely immersed
- from warming up, ensemble practice, master classes to lectures on
guitar building and flamenco among other things. The aspect that truly
sets this festival apart was the laid-back atmosphere and the staff's
ambition to design a program that is well rounded and accommodating to
the student.
