| This site is dedicated to glorifying God. The book of Revelation is a message of assurance to Christians who are about to face hard times. God wants to let them know that even though bad stuff is going to happen to them, He still loves them, and the hard times are not a judgment on them. It also tells them that the hard times are temporary, and that God will always win all battles in the end. And no matter what happens to you, do not stop believing. God gave them this message in pictures, pictures that are hard for us to understand but made sense to the first Christians. We can understand the pictures too, though; if we look in the old testament where a lot of the pictures come from and see what they meant there. We found a site where someone painted how she imagined some of those pictures looked, and used some of the pictures on this site. You can check out our Links page to visit her entire site.
