California Coastal Salmon Recovery Program

Established in 1981, the California Department of Fish and Game's Fishery Restoration Grants Program provides technical assistance and grants to public agencies, private entities, Indian tribes, and non-profit organizations to restore salmon and steelhead trout habitat in the coastal areas of California. Starting in June 2002, this program provides funding for Organizational Support of the Matilija Coaltion.
