Hi Folks - When we implemented the Shepherding Program it was suggested that we check in as a group a quarterly basis. This provides us an opportunity to share what we learned from our shepherding experiences and discuss options for improving the process. It's been three months since we started, so I would like to invite all members of the Shepherding Team to attend the first part of Evangelism Committee meeting next week for this discussion. Evangelism Committee will start at 6:30 PM next Tuesday, May 2 in Room 204 of the CLC. Our discussion will be the first item on the agenda. Hopefully, it will take no more than 30-45 minutes. Non Evangelism Committee members can feel free to leave afterwards, or stick around if you want to hear about other Evangelism activities going on.

We will be using the Start-Stop-Continue brainstorming method to cover two perspectives - points about the Shepherding Program and then feedback about other church programs you might have heard when visiting with new members. Attached is a copy if you want to jot down some ideas before the meeting.
