Shepherding Team Update 05/06/06

Hi Folks - We had a very productive session at Evangelism Committee meeting Tuesday with our debrief of improvement ideas for shepherding and other church programs. Thanks to all of you who were able to attend and share your ideas.

Attached are a couple of documents. First is the set of summary notes from the Start-Stop-Continue brainstorming discussion. Since there were a couple of points that addressed steps in our Shepherds Checklist, so I also updated that document. These files are also posted to the web site.

We have our new member information pipeline working again. Thanks to Cindy and Lisa Beth for their patience in working through some technical glitches. I now have a fresh list of new members and some shepherding rotation changes to sort through. I will get the next set of assignments out as soon as I can.
