I don't know when or where this picture was taken, but Isaac lived to be 79 years old and Saloma was 78 when she died. They were married for 56 years. Isaac was born February 14, 1847 the oldest son of Thomas Turner Woodcock and Ruth Whitmire. Isaac was named after his mother's brother Isaac who was killed in the military the previous year, he was given his grandmother’s maiden name. Saloma was born March 17, 1849 in Hillsboro, Illinois, the daughter of Azariah Bennett and Hannah Reed Kinsley. Saloma moved to Franklin County to live with her sister Juliet after the death of her parents. She died May 17, 1927 in Stanton, Missouri. Isaac and Saloma are buried at the Anaconda Cemetery in Franklin County, Missouri. Most of their five children were born in the small log cabin near Stanton, Missouri were we have our annual Woodcock reunions. Newspaper Clipping about Isaac
