TIMELINE OF OUR ANCESTORS IN AMERICA
Much of the genealogical information contained in these pages has been painstakingly researched and compiled by Myron Woodcock and Irene Cowan. Additional information was obtained from the Raney Collection at the Library of Virginia in Roanoke, many helpful researchers throughout the country and several Internet sites. Most of the information about William Woodcock's descendants was provided by Edna Van Deren.
Help me fill in the blanks. I know there are a lot of family members missing from the list. Let me know who they are, birth dates, spouses, marriage dates, children, etc. and I'll be sure to include them in a future update. Personal information like birth dates and marriage dates for anyone born after 1930 is marked "private". If your dates are blank, I do not have the information. If you prefer that this site does not include your name, contact me and I will happily remove it from the file.
