It would appear that we have decided to run a narrow guage operation rather than the streetcar loop. The track crew thought it would be easier to spike the outside rail first. It was quickly pointer out that a single rail will bend more readily than two rails bolted together. Another view of our lesson learned. The problem has since been corrected. The guage is proper and the Water Works #10 has been push part way around the loop and the guard rail is working the way it should. Here our track crew is using trackscrews to secure the inside guard-rail to ties.
