If only Superman had been available the day that we began bending the rail! We used two different methods to bend the rail. Both of them involved using a lot of muscle power. Some of the tools-of-the-trade used to bend the rails for our trolley loop. We needed to ensure that the rail was bent to the proper arc. We used a 2x4 with 5 screws screwed in to varying depths. When placed against the rail we could guage whether it had been bent enough.
