Open the ordering system using your event’s code and

write your order separate from the system on either

an Event Order Form,

an open email, or

a blank sheet of paper.

Include your

Name,

Phone,

Email address

And

Shipping address (no P.O. Boxes)

And mail WITH PAYMENT (check or credit card) to
