At all times you will have a snack bag with your choice of dried fruit, trail mix,
Lara Bars, and hard candy

Dinner at Backpacker's Camp:
Bring your own festive (adult or otherwise) beverage to share
Stir Fried Veggies, Chicken, & Cashews on Rice
Gluten Free Ginger Snaps for desert


Day One On the Trail:
Breakfasts:  Gluten-Free Donuts, hard boiled eggs, hot drinks (coffee, tea,
                      hot cocoa, hot apple cider), & orange juice
Lunch:           Turkey &Swiss Hoagie Sandwiches on Gluten-free Bread, trail mix,
                      Dried Fruit from snack bag
Dinner:         Salame, Brie Cheese, Gluten-free Bread
                      Fresh Carrots.
                      Pea Soup topped with
                      Parmesan & Pesto
Desert:         Peppermint Patties
Day Two on the Trail:
Breakfast:    Cream of Rice Cooked Cereal & powdered milk
                      Hot  drinks
Lunch:           Tuna, Mayo, Relish-Bagel Sandwiches on Gluten-free Bread, GORP, Dried Fruit from snack bag
Dinner:         Cheese & Salami
                      Fresh Carrots
                      Bean, Cheese & Rice with sauted bell pepper, onion & garlic & hot sauce
Desert:         Almond and Cashew Roca
Day Three on the Trail:
Breakfast:  Karen's Cheesy Pancakes made with Glute-Free Pancake mix, butter & syrup, bacon
                    & hot drinks
Lunch:        String Cheese, Beef Sticks, Lara Bars & your snack bag
