An initial consultation is provided to you at no cost. If we determine after talking with you that you do not have a chiropractic problem, you will not be held responsible for any charges. We will also refer you to the correct specialist, if necessary.

Although you don’t need a referral from a physician to see a chiropractor, some insurance companies require referrals as a cost-saving mechanism.  There are plenty of physicians who will refer you to our office.

If your insurance includes chiropractic coverage you can reasonably expect to use it in our offices as we contract with over 90% of the insurance companies in California- even Kaiser! As a service to you, our office manager will determine how your coverage works, whether it is a co-pay, deductible or discount.

People without any form of insurance coverage can pay by cash, check, or credit card.   A discount is applied to people who pay on the date of their service.

If you’ve been injured in an auto accident, treatment at our office may not cost you anything.  This is because most people in motor vehicle accidents have a form of coverage called ‘med-pay’ which is used only for medical expenses, and does not affect your premium when used.

If you’ve been injured on the job, your medical expenses are paid for by your employer’s workers compensation policy- which every employer in California is required to have.
