Bride

I fear
What shall erupt
When I put paper beneath pen
And scribe
Awake the capricious, ravenous, faerie demons
Of truth
I will wreck the world with words
I lust for that undoing
To penetrate the Goddess

And shatter old
I am that hammer jacking
Against the mundane concrete
Of human pavement
The faerie-cursed world of iron
And I will pump
(As men have pumped forever)
Into the wanting Goddess, hungry matrix of Earth
I know her
I touch the nipples of Her mountain peaks
And She sings
