Below is a screen snapshot of Access FTP's main screen:

The left side, Local, represents the local PC and the right side represents the Remote FTP Site. Simply select files from the appropriate panel, then select the desired action from the panel's File pull-down menu. For example, to upload a file from the local PC to the Remote Site simply select the file(s) from the Local panel's file list, then select Upload from the Local panel's File pull-down menu. Drag and drop is also supported.
