Date Calculator Examples

Example #1
How many days are between March 17, 1999 and May 12, 2003?
Select Tools - Date Calculator from the MoneyTime main screen.
Select Difference as the Calculation Type.
Select MAR 17, 1999 as the From date.
Select MAY 12, 2003 as the To date.
From the Options pull down menu select "Show Difference Calculations As" - "Days."
Now click the Calculate button.

Result is 1,517 Days.

Example #2
If today is April 14, 2001, what will be the date 240 days into the future?

Select the Add as the Calculation Type.
Select APR 14, 2001 as the date.
Enter 240 in the Days box (0 for years and months)
Now click the Calculate button.

Result is Monday, December 10, 2001.

These examples were created on November 28, 1999 which is why the Today date appears as November 28, 1999 on the bottom of the screen snapshots.
