  • 06/08/2008  - Rachel finished 19 out of 91 in her age group at the 2008 Danskin Triathlon.

  • 05/18/2008 - Rachel's UT Ultimate Frisbee team finishes 9th in the nation after going 4-2 at Nationals
  • 04/27/2008 - Rachel's UT Ultimate Frisbee team qualifies for the National Championships in Boulder by winning the South Regionals!
  • Rachel runs a blistering 53:32 to place 49th in her age group at the Cap 10K. 16,500 people participated.
  • 06/14/2007 - Rachel begins her cycling trip across America!
  • 03/12/2007 - Rachel gets accepts to Bike and Build! Read her bio!

  • Summer 2006 - Rachel works as camp counselor for City of Austin and at P. Terry's hamburger joint

  • 04/04/2006 - Rachel earns prestigious St. Edwards University Trustees Distinguished Achievement Scholar . However, she is turning down this scholarship as she will attend the University of Texas in the Fall of 2006
  • 04/02/2006 - Rachel runs the Capital 10K in Austin
  • 03/28/2006 - Austin High Band earns sweepstakes: 1 in matching, 1 in sight-reading, 1 in stage
  • 03/05/2006 - Rachel is recognized at Lady Maroons banquet for basketball achievements, earning Character & Leadership Award, All-District Honorable Mention, and Leading Free-Throw Shooter.
  • 03/01/2006 - Rachel is accepted into the Jackson School of Geosciences at the University of Texas
  • 11/12/2005 - represents her school at the UT-Kansas football game to receive Longhorn Recycle Roundup award
  • 09/30/2005 - Austin High Band wins the 1st annual Marching Band Challenge put on by a local TV station
  • 06/26/2005 - in Utah, working on the Red Mesa Indian Reservation with youth from all over the country  (view pictures)
  • 05/29/2005 - in Costa Rica with group from UT Lutheran Campus Ministry  (view pictures)
  •  05/06/2005 - Named to AHS Honor Band as well as section leader (French Horn)
  •  02/20/2005 - Named Academic All-District (2nd year) and Honorable Mention All-District in basketball. Also earns Team's Character and Leadership Award at Lady Maroon Banquet
