6. Thomas3 TRUDE, (John Albert2, John1), born about 1812 Saratoga County, New York; died about 1890. He married (1) May JOHNSON and married (2) about 1848, Alvira (maiden name unknown), born 1808 in New York. About 1815 Thomas moved with his folks to Wilna in Jefferson County, New York. He grew up there and is thought to have lived his entire life in Jefferson County. About 1834 his family moved away to Chautauqua County, New York, but he stayed behind and married May Johnson. They had four children together before May died--between 1840 and 1850. He married Alvira sometime before the 1850 census. It shows them as farmers in Antwerp township with the three youngest children. Real estate worth $800 was listed for Alvira.
