To save an image from the Web, right-click on the image and choose "Save As".
Save the file in the drive and in the folder that you want, change the image name if you needed to help you find it later (but don't change the file extension ~ .jpg or .gif, etc.).
Always make sure your are "safe" in the copyright realm! This is a MUST and could cost you credit on an assignment or project.
