The model of Universe and especially the hypothesis considered here may either be transitory or difinitive depending on the way some new experimental facts not yet considered will be correctly interpreted or not in the future.

Nevertheless, like me, the reader will have a clear impression that this time physics is on the right track. Especially if the theory doesn't use injustified " principles " and doesn't lead to paradoxes which are obvious proofs of the logical impossibility of other theories like the " Einsteinian theory of relativity ".
