I tried this and liked it alot!
Grate 1 tblspoon peel from the orange, and 2 tspoons peel from
the lemon.
Squeeze orange and lemon to get 1/4 cup juice each. Place all ingredients
except meat in a shallow dish and mix thoroughly. Place meat in marinade,
cover with plastic wrap, and let marinade at room temp for no more than
2 hours.
Place 2 racks in the oven...and on the bottom rack, place your fajita
sizzlers (the cast iron pans they are served in)
Turn oven to BROIL
Place flank steak in a roasting pan on top rack and broil 5-6 minutes
each side.
While meat is cooking, sautee onions and green peppers in a frying
pan with butter or olive oil until onions are clear...feel free to baste
with the marinade from the steak.
Slice meat in thin slices, and serve with vegetables lime slices,
and tortillas on hot fajita sizzlers.
