Ingredients:
Clean and chop the green onion and garlic finely. Grate a teaspoonful
or two of the ginger. Heat the oil in the pan, add the onion, ginger and
garlic. Stir-fry at high heat. When the onion begins to brown, add the
veggies (the shrooms last) and stir fry until they're nicely coated with
oil-onion-garlic-ginger mix. Then add half a glass of rice wine or dry
sherry to the pan and cover...leave on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
Serve.
